This is very exciting for me!! This is my blog’s first giveaway and I would like to have not just one, but three winners! I have 3 of my favourite products to share with you!!
This is just a smal thank you to all my followers and readers, and a good opportunity for some of you to know me and find out about my blog!!
Summer is here! Yeah, yeah don’t laugh! You know you’re already late for booking your summer vacation, right?
So as I’ve been searching for my new adventure I found few websites that suggest exotic, glamorous, dreamy yet affordable destinations. It can’t happen? Guess again!! 2014 might be your great opportunity for traveling to places you’ve never dreamt of! Here is my list for this year’s trips!
I always thought this was an expensive destination, but as it turned out it can cost less that traveling to another European city. The biggest expense you would have is your flying tickets, and that can actually be significant decreased if you book it early. Hotels are quite affordable, beaches around Cape Town are beautiful and of course visiting one of the Safari Parks is an a forgettable experience!
I am so happy to be nominated for Liebster award, not just once but twice! I am honored girls for this nomination by Amila (amilasblog.wordpress.com) and Rachel (on-till-morning.blogspot.gr).
When I first started my blog I never expected to be read by anyone else but me. But after only 3 months I find myself meeting new bloggers, getting my work known and doing something that I really love!
Though I got nominated twice I think that it’s only fair to answer Rachel’s questions, since she was the first to nominate me! I am only creating one post cause I think it’s a bit unfair to keep posting different posts! ( I think you understand my confusion over the matter!!).
So here are the 11 questions I have to answer to!!
Fashion week is a celebration of fashion, style and talent. It is a way for all the designers to present their work. But new designers deserve a chance to present their work too. Athens exclusive designers week is a great opportunity for new designers to show their work, compete and become well known to the general public.
This institution gives them this wonderful opportunity to do so.
For me being there is exactly how a kid in a toy store feels! I’m over excited, can’t get enough and love every second of it! So being able to do it in Athens, seeing such amazing new designers and meeting talented people is an even greater joy for me.
This year the AXDW featured among the new designers some already well known Greek designers – such as Atelier Loukia, Konstantinos Mitrovgenis, Kathy Heyndels and Makis Tselios- but also international ones! The highlight of this event for me had to be tonight’s one and only Cacharel, presenting for the first time in Greece it’s latest collection.
A simple tweet was the idea for today’s post. I realized I haven’t talked to you about one of my fav things: tattoos.
Although quite painful in some body parts tattoo is a form of art and a personal statement. All this, if it is made appropriately. So first things first, you need to find the right tattoo artist. Don’t trust the first tattoo studio you find. Look up online for the best studios in your town and then visit some of them and talk to the artists. You need to feel comfortable with your tattoo artist, after all he or she holds the needles!!
Once you find the studio you need to decide what tattoo design you want. Or maybe the other way around?? I’ll give you the same advice I give to my friends: Decide on a tattoo, then wait a year! Tattoos are forever. You can’t just remove them whenever you want or change them. So you need to be 100000% confident of your choice. So choose something you won’t regret later! If you’re not sure of your choice, then give it few months or years to make sure you still want the same design! I speak from experience because my first tattoo was a spontaneous decision, so albeit simple it’s not something I’m proud of! (And now I have to redesign a tattoo to cover it).
Where you do it is also important. All my tattoos (3 so far, 2 more on the way!) are in body parts that are not completely obvious. That happened by choice because I don’t want my tattoos to be seen at work. You have to consider that too! Even if you are in your early 20’s and you don’t care what people think of you, don’t forget that what you do is permanent! So in 20 years would you like your kids, your co-workers, your neighbors to be able to see your tattoo? Your legs, lower back, the inner part of your arms and your ribs are great places for hidden yet sexy tattoos!
Being a girl is tough enough. Having to deal with everything in difficult times is very stressful. So how can we deal with stress? For years I’ve been having issues with that. Lack of sleep, anxiety attacks, dry skin and rashes (yes, many skin conditions are stress related!).
I never wanted to take medication over this, after all it’s not a disease! But of course something must be done, because stress can cause many issues.
So I looked it up a little bit, asked around friends and family on how they deal with stress and here are few tips I found! There are many simple and natural solutions to this problem:
