Dress to impress : first interview look

The second part of my new post series is finally done! This week I wanna talk to you about the preferable and suitable looks for a job interview!

My mom goes crazy whenever I have a job interview. She has this old fashioned idea of how an appropriate  interview look should be that I’ve always found boring..

So over the years, and after countless interviews, I came to the conclusion that there is always a way to create a fashionable look for an interview that is true to your personal style and of course doesn’t age you!

The classic trench coat

It has to be the number one accessory and the absolute must have in a girl’s  closet for winter. It’s light enough to show your silhouette but it covers a large part of your body and gives a classy look. It also looks expensive especially if you invest in a well made piece.

A silk blouse

It doesn’t have to be expensive or made of real silk. As long as it looks expensive and polish you will make a great impression. What I love is buying these bow shirts, elegant but still girly and playful!

A pair of black heels

All girls must have it in their closet and these shoes come in handy when you need to go for a job interview. The match with everything you you don’t need to worry and every outfit looks more feminine with a pair of heels.

A saffiano bag

Nothing screams a successful business girl ore than an office saffiano bag! Of course not all of us can afford the real Prada saffiano bag, but thank God for the trend cause now they come in different versions, sizes and price!
