Hair colors for spring

I know I know it’s been a while since I last posted, but in my defense it’s been a busy week: first of all it’s fashion week and although I’m way far away from New York (crying right now) I try to keep an eye on what’s going on!

Also I dyed my hair yesterday! At first I wasn’t pleased with the result, as my hairdresser decided to improvise on my head! But then I checked out the must-try hair colors for 2014 and I realized that he might actually know what he’s doing!! 🙂
This year is mainly all about cold shades of blonde and red. Edgier colors, closer to grey for blondes and bronze for redhaired, longer lengths and more extreme ombrés will definitely play and important role. Darker browns is the safest choice if you don’t want to try something too extreme.

Long hair is always a good choice and you can spice it up by doing a fat Fringe.
For the brunettes who have decided to have a small change on your look try a mousey brown or thin highlights.
If you want to try something more extreme try a deep red or a bronze brown!

For later on this year I would definitely recommend the new ombré style. Same idea as we know it from last summer, but the ombré highlights begin closer to the roots. Kim Kardashian was the first to try the new ombré but I’m sure more celebrities will follow this trend as summer approaches!

Have you done a hair makeover for 2014?

I haven’t done any changes at my hair since now and the main reason is that I like their natural colour! Though, I think I might a need a little change!! I am thinking about ombre! My natural colour is brown! Which shade do you think would fit me more?? I would like something that would seem natural and not so extreme! Maybe one a little lighter than my own?? Exclude the blonde ones!!!!!
