Yoga benefits

I think we have establish the fact that I’m lazy and I don’t like to exercise! I workout only because I have to and I do my best to make it more fun ( check out my playlist for more info on that).
But there is one type of exercise that I’m particularly fond of! And that’s yoga!
I tried it 2 years ago for the first time and I fell in love with it! For me it’s one of the best kinds of exercise, as it benefits not only your body but also your mind and soul.
Yoga has many different styles so there is one for you too! One that fits your needs and expectations.
Mine is Hatha yoga. It’s not too vigorous but it helps you relax and it can make your body quite flexible after a while! Meditation is also a very important part of yoga.It is ideal for people with stress or anxiety related issues.
For me the most important factor is the yoga instructor. You need to find someone who understands your needs and your limits and create a personal type of exercise.
Yoga is all about relaxing. So you shouldn’t push yourself and be forced to exercise if you’re not in the mood. The key is to maintain a relaxed attitude while doing yoga.

After a little while you’ll find yourself doing simple meditation exercises when stressed at work or can’t sleep.
I find the yoga breathing technique very useful and relaxing and use it quite oftenly. It soothes me after a difficult day!
